Lovely company, they seem an ethical business that appears to care about its customers. Some of their products are quite expensive but you do get what you pay for if wanting quality ethical things. They also answer questions and queries about the products and come back to you quickly. I was impressed with how quickly they dealt with a refund I needed last year. I am also pleased they seem to care about fairtrade and sustainably sourced products and materials.
