I’m rating the Lucy Cobb Boutique highly because of: 1. Great customer service: staff are really friendly on the phone during lockdown (I bought a beautiful suitcase set and staff packaged it up and organised delivery to Scotland!) 2. Website is quick and easy to use, with good variety & sales, 3. Lucy personally showcases the clothes in Facebook videos in a really clear, presentation often modelling the outfits so customers can see what they look like on, 4. There is a wide range of pricepoint and clothing styles to choose from and suit any budget, 5. It’s a small business giving excellent customer service during Covid and therefore deserves to be supported.
