Ordered online on the Monday, both dresses had been delivered by Wednesday, which is very prompt and efficient. Unfortunately one dress was not suitable. I have returned direct to the store today and I’ve already had notification of my refund being processed. My only criticism is having to pay a delivery charge especially when my order was over £200, which I feel free delivery should be on the agenda over a certain amount. Maybe Lucy cobb will address this issue
