Lucy was approachable. She made the daunting task of building our website easy by introducing us the the process and helping making decisions about content. Lucy also introduced us to other social media and incorporated these in the website. Some of the things she suggested made us feel out of our comfort zone and we have not embraced everything she introduced us to, but it is good to know about them and have the links on the website for the future.
Lucy was easy to work with and did what she said she would do. Overall a very good service.
