Maybe their mattresses are ok I didn't buy one. As for their accessories either they don't make a lot of sales, something is wrong with their website, or they are manipulating reviews. So I can only give a rating based on my experience which is negative due to the false information and lack of transparency. And my honest review of receiving a product which was not sized as advertised is not posted. They asked me to update my review to make it more positive because I got a refund. The product reviews still have nothing for the last 8 months. I don't see how getting a refund changes my negative experience of their website or receiving a product that isn't as advertised.
