Customer service is beyond. I truly appreciate a company that puts their customers needs first, pretty rare!! I love the bed, however, my husband needs a more plush situation. The luma team was willing to do whatever I needed to make us comfortable! Thank you for your consideration and willingness to work with your customers, it goes a long way!!
