Absolutely poor experience. UPS & Battery was ordered on 8/5/2019 with full payment and not delivered till 24/5/2019. Call Centre is impossible to reach as line gets disconnected automatically. Email states they would get back & never get back. Was assured on Twitter that someone would get back but that also has not happened. Atrocious
