I was very pleased with the customer service part. As far as my purchase, I was not happy. I ordered a rubber strap . Which doesn’t include the pins. The problem is the watch I bought comes with different pins. So I had to buy different pins off Amazon. You would think buying a rubber strap for over $50 it would come with the pins as well. The pins should be included. It’s just not a good look for the company to not add 2 pins with the strap.
