I have a Lumi Nox watch that I love and was considering another, BUT.
I ordered a watch band and once I received it I found that I ordered the wrong one. My fault. Upon trying the online return process I ran into issues immediately and decided to send an email to customer service. After 4 days I have received numerous email advertisements and also texts from 'Taylor' attempting to assist with another purchase, but no response to my email asking for help. This makes it hard to leave a glowing response. Service is as important as the products you sell!
