Watch was nice but had an issue with my order and could not get anyone to respond. Live chat said I’d get a response in 24-48 hours but 2 weeks later I still have yet to get a response. Ended up sending the watch back due to 15 day return policy. I’m sympathetic to being busy and understaffed but you have to do better than that. Have yet to resubmit an order.
