The watch is perfect, the quality is excellent.....however, the wrist band compass is unacceptable, didn't work right out of the box. The needle is binding up, doesn't point magnetic north. My email exchanges with customer service to get it replaced under warranty have been a fail. First, they sent me a link to repair it.....not a repairable item. Then customer service sent me to their exchange web site, I send in my watch that works & the compass that doesn't and they will send all new. A waste of time and resources. I found the same compass on eBay and bought it.
