I received a dive watch for a gift about 6 years ago. In the second year I had to have the stem repaired because it came out. Not an expensive fix but nonetheless it happened.
Last month I ordered a new band because the original became brittle and broke. Not a surprise as I dive in the ocean.
I ordered a new band. Received it, no problem. EXCEPT it didn't have new pins. Why not?
They are now being sent.
