I have ordered several watches in the past year. It is impossioble to order new bands becuase theya re always on back order. some of the watches I ordered the bands are two tight and hurt becuase they are to hard. You cannot pick up the phone and call anyone. Everything is through email. I hate not being able to talk to a real live person.
