I purchased my Luminox watch after several months of research and consideration. The watch itself is fantastic and I absolutely love it. The 3 star vs. 5 star is due to service...I am frustrated that after I purchased the watch, I got a 10% off certificate 'good for the first purchase of a Luminox watch' which I had already purchased...I then contact service immediately requesting to have that applied to my purchase which I never heard back from. Service is important and they did not do well there.
