I ordered a replacement rubber watch band after scraping for information from the website. I did not receive an acknowledgement or any advice about shipping status. After 4 weeks, I reached out to customer support and received a note saying I'd recieve the order in an expedited shipment within a few days. About 10 days later, I received a note from the shipper about when the order would be delivered. I'd rate this process terrible as compared to the industry standards. Poor and incomplete communication and extremely slow delivery. While I was waiting, I ordered a no name brand band from Amazon and it was delivered in 2-days. Such a shame for such a great brand.
