Not a very easy site to use for customer service. Concerns were brought up regarding shipping safety for an order and customer service’s response essentially said they wouldn’t do anything about it. I don’t believe the answer is due to not being able to change anything, simply choosing not to. Basically every question I asked or concern I raised was met with “unfortunately…” meaning, again, Luminox is choosing to do nothing when doing the bare minimum would even be happily met by me.
