I have had 2 Luminox watches in the past. The recent purchase is the third. My last watch was a problem, so I hope this one is better. My concern is not with the watches, but with your customer service. You are not very flexible when it comes to serving the customer. I would give you a D grade. I recently purchased an Atacama Field watch that came with a rubber strap and then an extra fabric strap in the kit. I don't like rubber because it does not breathe and is not comfortable and the fabric strap I would never use. So, I got online and purchased a leather one and it is fine. Since I never used the two straps that came with the watch, I wanted to return them to you at my expense and just reimburse me for the leather strap that I bought. After reaching out to you, I was told that because those straps were "kitted", it was not possible for a credit. In my view, you could have used these unused straps for another order and reimbursed me for my leather strap. This is poor customer service. You need to be more flexible.
