I ordered the wrong size in shorts. As soon as I realized, I called them, they canceled the order. I called again asking for an email saying the order was canceled and I was getting a refund. The email wasn’t satisfactory so I replied specifying what I wanted. The following email was perfect and I received the refund very quickly. I can’t comment on quality, but in this instance they were very trustworthy.
