Excellent customer service, easy site to navigate and a good range of products at great prices. I was extremely happy with my purchases and the returns and exchange process has been smooth. I am just waiting on a replacement item which I am confident will arrive when indicated.On the down side I am really disappointed with the lack of communication and so far no sign of refunds that are due to me! This is a huge negative against what was a positive experience to start with!
