The mail package was received on time, but luckily that I was at home on the day the package deliver. Actually, from the online trucking system, I knew that the package already arrived Hong Kong and to be delivered. I tried to contact the local courier agent and reach them through the phone. But they replied that my package was not delivered by them. I do not know who was handling my package. That means it is impossible to reach the correct courier agent for better delivery arrangement. In my opinion, I do not mind to pay premium for using DHL or other big international courier company, even just standard courier service. I would like to have a contact for delivery. It is my hesitation on place order again. You know the feeling on no direction to manage the delivery with courier. In fact, your company is really good, just the problem on courier agent.
