Superb Customer Service people. I put 2 fabulous pair of tights into my online basket and paid with a card which needed funds transferring to it. It was late - so reluctantly, I left the site. I got a really great phone call the next day asking whether they could help as it had been noticed that I hadn't completed my purchase. No pressure. No intrusion - perfect attention to me and much appreciated. Tights arrived beautifully packaged and are truly stunning.
