This is the worst experience I've ever had ordering something online. I received an email on October 3 that my package was dispatched. It's now a month later and I have yet to receive a package. A little over a week ago I contacted Customer Service. I have been given the run around over the course of more than a week about Luxury Legs contacting the shipper to locate the package. I still have not received an update as to where the package is. If it's lost, please give me a refund. Let's get this over with!!!!!
