The speed of delivery and packaging both excellent. Unfortunately I didn't like the sheen on one pair of hold ups and as I'd read that returns would be refunded or exchanged I started packaging them to return, then saw the note on the returns form that hosiery could not be returned if the packaging had been opened. Obviously I'd needed to look at/ inspect the product and had tried one on my arm. These were bought at a cost that I could buy an item of clothing for and now I am stuck with a pair of hold ups that I won't be able to use.
