Both pairs of tights tore upon putting them on for the very first time. Company refused to refund and didn’t accept it was due to the poor quality of the product. The letter they sent me was dismissive and did not offer an appeal mechanism. Now I wish I read the reviews as many other buyers had an almost identical experience. But then again I wouldn’t have known where to find the reviews as they’re not on the actual company website, they’re on here.
