My 2 stars is not for the customer service part of luxury legs, but is for the product quality of the commando thong that I ordered.I'm not sure what I thought I would receive but the quality of this garment is quite poor, with no control on the tummy area whatsoever and I have a more or less flat tummy. If you need control in this area avoid these knickers they will be useless. On the plus side the are very comfortable for a thong style, although not patch on my usual spanx knickers
