This is one of the worst ever experience I’ve had online shopping, I shopped online 95% of my clothes, bags, and accessories. I understand most reviews here are brilliant. But mine is absolutely nightmare!!!! Ordered on the 9th March, had MULTIPLE emails on 12th March saying my parcel is ready for me to collect. Went to pick it up in allocated/chosen store (I chose this way so I won’t missed it), my parcel is nowhere to be seen. They don’t know where it is!!! How stupid is that???? With all this scanning and everything else, they don’t know where it is. I spend more than an hour in the store. They even got me involved to call the DPD courier and I was on my mobile for 20 minutes!!! Today is the 18th March, still do not have any answers as to whereabouts is my order. So I called them up to say to cancel it. And guess what they say? I had to wait 5 working days (that being 13th March) before they can cancel it because it’s under investigation. How stupid it that? It’s not my problem that these people involved here do not how to do their jobs properly. Luxury Legs you might have some nice items in your website, but all the stress and hassles it caused me to order from you is not worth it!!! You shouldn’t be in business when you don’t know how to deal with this kind of situation. I don’t usually waste my time giving negative comments but I’m sure to spend every minute that I can so I can let everyone know how bad the experience was and to avoid shopping from you.
