I usually shop online 95% of my clothes shopping. This is for convenience, stress free and cheaper prices. My experience shopping with this website is THE WORST ever! I simply couldn’t understand how a parcel could go missing and no one seem to know the whereabouts of the item when there is a scanning procedure in place? On the day I’m supposed to pick up my parcel, I wasted the whole hour waiting to find out where it is. From the pick up point (Matalan) to the courier (DPD), I was even on my mobile for a good twenty minutes in the process. I know it’s not Luxury legs fault, but the person (Dana) I spoke to initially said that she can give me my refund if I wanted to but I thought I will wait for a few days but after nearly a week of waiting and still nothing, obviously my patience is gone! I was then told I had to wait for that 5 working days investigation because my parcel is “missing”. So I told them, I do not want the item, please cancel the order and kindly process my refund. A couple of days after that, I received a text and an email reminding me not to forget to pick up my item. Clearly there is lack of communication there. I have emailed them again asking for my refund. For the record; I placed my order on the 9th March, was dispatched on the 11th. Item was supposed to be pick up on the 12th, I went to matalan to pick it up on the 13th and it was not there!!! I contacted on the same day both DPD and luxury legs as it was nowhere to be found. My husband went over the weekend (16th) to matalan to double check if it was there as both DPD and Luxury legs were insistent that it was there, again matalan is certain it is not!!! So by 18th March I contacted again Luxury legs and said, I want to cancel it as I had enough of it and it was stressing me out. I was so angry when the woman I spoke to (not Dana) said I had to wait until the investigation is finished on 20th March before they can give me my refund. On the 21st, Dana called me and said they found the parcel and it was apparently in Matalan all this time. But did I not say I want a refund? I don’t understand why these people couldn’t understand a simple instruction? I’m not surprised the parcel is missing!!! Now that they found the parcel, they still could not give me my refund because they wanted the item back before they could issue it. Seriously? And then on the 24th I had this reminder to pick up the parcel!!! That just really drive me to the edge. LUXURY LEGS improve your service!!! I’m still waiting for my refund and today’s the 26th of March. Now, tell me, is this a good service??? Absolutely not!
