I was using their £5 pm bf22 package but in March they suddenly started debiting £10 and their online chat was next to useless but they confirmed I should indeed be paying £5
So Saturday last they sent me a text message saying my package had expired so I signed up for their £4.50 deal
2 days later they once again debited £10 for an account that expired
I complained on trust pilot and they asked me to email them which I have and absolutely zilch from them
I can't believe how despicable this company is and I can't call them as I'm currently in Thailand
