I live in the US and only travel to England occasionally.. Before leaving for England on July 1, 2025, I called and spoke with a Lycamobile representative just to ensure that my number was working and account active. Your representative told me it was and that my phone should work once a landed. It did not when I landed on July 2, 2025.
I phoned Lycamobile and was told that the number was not in service and that my service had been cancelled since it had not been used in a year. However, a monthly charged of $20.38 has been paid to Lycamobile for over a year from my VISA card ending in XXXX . . . for service I have not received. I requested a refund. No one has responded to my rquest.
