Dear Lycamobile UK Support,
I hope this message finds you well.
I have two Lycamobile UK SIM cards that are not working when I am in Lebanon. However, both SIMs were working fine recently while I was in Turkey. I have topped up both numbers with credit, but they still do not connect to any network in Lebanon.
Please let me know if there are any roaming restrictions in Lebanon or if I need to activate any specific service to use the SIM cards while abroad.
