Bad customer service when anything goes wrong. Technical support asks to repeat everything twice and reads it back at you. Every sentence you say. They change the rules on every call: called them 3 times and every time they told me a different story what I need to do to fix my internet. The problem is they insisted I waited for 2 days between the calls: "You should have done this and that. Don't worry, it will all be sorted, wait for 2-3 days". And then 2 days later "But you should have done this as well ... wait for 2-3 days".
Overall, I was on UK unlimited data plan: internet was slow (while I had it), flickering (so connections to work dropped every 5 minutes).
