Purchased a 1 month prepay plan. Saw nothing about auto-renewal at that time, but a month later was alerted by my credit card of a recurring charge having been made (auto-renewal was turned on "for my benefit" according to Lyca's chat bot... yeh thanks, that was definitely you looking out for me). Had to jump through inane hoops to turn off auto-renewal after discovering it. Congratulations on that £25 you snuck out of my pocket. Hope that made a big difference to your plucky little startup company.
They know exactly what they're doing. Avoid funding toxic businesses like this and look elsewhere.
