At first, I was receiving auto shipments more frequently than I was able to consume the product, so I scaled back. Now I am drinking Lyfefuel every day, just once a day and the pace of shipments is about right. Lyfefuel mixes with coconut milk and bananas in a blender and is easy to blend, easy to drink. It's an easy part of my daily mornign routine.
