In my previous review I posted a video showing there are not 24 servings in the bag as it says and I still stand by that cause I count every scoop in every bag and the most I've gotten is 20 servings. HOWEVER I have to add this to my review. I have dealt with gut problems for years due to medication I take. I wax lucky yo go to the bathroom 3 times a week. But now using the lyfefuel essentials shakes my gut is now fixed. I don't have alot of gas like I used to and I now go to the bathroom everyday so it has absolutely fixed my gut problems. Even though there are only 20 servings I will keep using it because it has helped me alot.
