I have tried lots and lots of protein drinks and I just can't get them down. This one is excellent. My husband does KaChava and I cannot stand it. He's fine with it. I am going to have him try this, but he's got dementia and it's' hard to get him to change. Also , I tried Truvani and it's awful. I'm so glad to have this.
