Lyfe Fuel has been a good meal replacement. The flavor (chocolate) is great. I love the flavor of Shakeology more but that doesn't deter me from loving Lyfe Fuel. The biggest downside is their shipping is really slow on a subscription service. I am two weeks behind on getting my latest order. It shows confirmed but that's it.
