I do like the essentials shakes. They have totally fixed my gut issues. My only problem is that the bag says it has 24 servings but it doesn't. I use the scoop that comes in the bag and the most I've ever gotten is 21 servings and that what I got this last time I counted. I've gotten as little as 19 before. Not sure why it seems to vary some cause I always use 1 level scoop per serving. I have mentioned this before an they sent me a free bag to make up for it so they have been great too but it still hasn't changed and my last check i got 21 servings. The product is great, it's a little expensive but as I said it fixed my gut problems completely as long as I keep drinking it. The taste is OK. I make a smoothie woth the chocolate flavored and some peanut butter and I add raw spinach. Been using this stuff for about a year I think or close to it and I will keep using it.
