Good, quality product. I stopped having a belly ache after I had a scoop of the Essential Shake mixed with a glass of water. I have no issue with the taste but it can be repulsive for some people. The fat content is low for the Shake but it's understandable since it's plant-based. I just wished it could be higher so I don't have to eat some other snacks to meet my body's fatty needs. Customer Service is helpful and responsive.
