Great quality and great taste! I love that this is focused on nutrition and absorption more than just beefing up calories and protein. It still has the protein you are looking for, but also all your vitamins and minerals for each day! It tastes delicious. I wish the bag had 30 servings, but I don’t fill the cup to the brim each day and that helps me stretch the bag to last a month. I used to use Ka’Chava, but they do not ship to APO. I found LyfeFuel -I am So thankful because it is Awesome!! I love it and look forward to it each morning! So far their customer service has been friendly, helpful, and quick to respond!
