I've been using LYFE Fuel Daily Essentials Shake for a few months now and can honestly say I love their product!! I've tried both chocolate and vanilla and love both flavors. It's not gritty at all, dissolves quickly in my shaker cup, and I know I'm getting valuable nutrition. It's filling but does not leave me bloated. I use 10 oz of almond milk with one scoop of powder.
