Ive bought from M&M a number of times and have only had 1 problem with delivery which eventually sorted itself out. Customer services were not very helpful, but Im not sure they could have done much else. The woman started to get quite short with me and kept saying that their delivery team was on to it trying to sort it out. Actually it sounded like they were having a party in the background and I was sure that the 'team' was just another girl in the office. They do have some great clearance items and good prices but there are other companies offering the same deals elsewhere on the web. Customer services could be much better.
