Called this morning to rearrange my appointment as on my way to the hairdressers and received a call my mum was poorly had to go straight there as ambulance called, so I asked to rearrange and all the girl on the phone said you will lose your deposit, gob smacked really!!!! Was not cancelling was asking to rearrange, I was not cancelling or rearranging because I forgot, or had something better to do it was because my 90 year old mum has cancer and she is dying, will never step foot in this place again, appalling business.
