I used to have my hair done there. Twice they have not taken deposit into account and charged me full price. The last appt I had they were 30 mins late starting with no word of apology or explanation. I was just kept waiting which I found rude. I was happy with way hair looked but found customer care lacking so will not go back. Would rather pay extra somewhere else with better customer care skills. I also don't like being ripped off regarding deposit.
