I’ve literally spent years going to the Tampa Hard Rock store where the staff knows me so well — mainly because they never have my size in the styles I like. But I’m good hearted about it so they like seeing me. I finally just ordered shirts at the store for delivery. I got an email with no delivery info. The online order says two items but nothing about the items and no tracking info. I emailed support and got no response. Nothing like paying full price designer prices and getting Walmart level service. I do not recommend the experience.
