I tried to return 2 of the 6 shirts that I purchased, unopened on January 27, 2025. I was sent an auto reply that said I missed my window of return, which was January 20, 2025. Their policy reads 30 days from delivery I received my shirts on December 31, 2024, which is only 20 days, not 30 days. I send an email since they do not have a customer service number that i could find and i have not heard from them. The only number is a dead number that just reings and never picks up. Lousy customer service and the company want to compete with Robert Graham, but not even close.
