Purchased a trench coat for my boyfriend, it was too small for him and you didn’t have a larger size. The other colors available do not work for him. I requested a refund and was given a gift card instead. Customer service advised it was because I used the $20 welcome promo on the order. Had I known that this promo would interfere with a return and refund, I would have NEVER used it. It was certainly not worth the $800 that I have now lost. I’m disgusted with how this was handled and I’m done shopping with this brand because of it. We have spent A LOT of money here in the past, clearly there’s no appreciation for your customers. Not to mention the presentation of this package, the jacket was thrown in a box with a piece of packing paper. Most luxury brands would have tried a little harder for a great presentation on arrival.
