I bought this to use with audible. To put audible books on my MP3 player. They advertise you can do that. When I got the service I was then told no the files are too big try to do something else. Basically is what they said. You can't use it by how you want to try to do something else. They were very unhelpful and even though I had a free trial they charged my card $79.90 and then refuse to give me a refund. Horrible customer service do not use!
