From my initial design and purchase and receipt of the first artistic professional design from Cory and the subsequent small changes swapping and changing things until I was 100% certain and very very happy was a matter of hours. Cory was patient and professional and so very helpful. This being my first order ever, I was a bit nervous waiting for the lapel pin badges to arrive but when they did I couldn't believe the quality of them and I kept going back to them all day and looking at them as I could not believe how perfect they were. So, a brilliant experience and well chuffed with the whole process. Highly recommended.
