One time a parcel got (almost) lost and a member from Made-by-Niki stayed with me until the parcel finally arrived. I really, really appreciated this. When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation and another one later with a tracking number once the treasury is on its way. I think I don't need to mention the product quality really. It's always been great. Once Made-by-Niki had a product line where the fabric was as soft and delicate to the touch as silk but in fact it was artificial. I prefer this so much more since silky underwear showed me that they're no things made to last. They fall apart eventually. But these items from Made-by-Niki, I can enjoy them for decades! I have bought items from Made-by-Niki at their original price but special offers also made it possible to get the one or other piece more I had been drooling over. It's a pleasure shopping at yours!
