Obsalutely shocking experience. Expensive purchase, waiting for delivery, got confirmation of delivery but no parcel. Contacted DPD, no reply, contacted Magees customer care got short reply that it was delivered, no investigation, no help trying allocate my parcel, no refund! Shocking experience!!!!!!
